Mobili su misura in cemento per Warby Parker a Miami

"Warby Parker Annex Finds New Home in Wynwood.

Browse Miami’s art scene in 20/20 style at the brand’s first stand-alone store.

Rub elbows with Ripley. Browse galleries with Percey. Sip on a cold brew with Winston. A sophisticated set of eyeglass frames is heading to Wynwood for your viewing pleasure. The Warby Parker Annex opens shop on Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Miami’s eclectic art district.

Warby Parker first graced the Magic City with The Readery, its 1960s-inspired newsstand at The Standard Spa Miami Beach, in 2012.

Now just around the corner from The Wynwood Walls, the socially conscious eyewear brand fits in at the helm of a neighborhood known for its novelties — just don’t call it mainstream.

Shoppers can dive in to try on the full collection in true Miami fashion. Paying tribute to the city’s eternal summer, the store is a quintessential swimming pool of style, designed with aquatic-patterned floors and tropical décor. The boutique wouldn’t be complete without an overhead photo booth to snap a picture of you and your frames — we’re not the city of selfies for nothing.

The Warby Parker Annex will offer optical measurements and progressive lenses as well as same-day purchases for those who prefer their shades sans Rx. While the affordable price of frames (starting at $95) is enticing enough, for each purchase made a pair will be donated to someone in need through the brand’s nonprofit partners.

Whether you’re a maverick, intellectual or just curiously chic, the Warby Parker Annex will be open to shoppers daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. See you in the deep end."

"Eyewear designer Warby Parker to open in Wynwood.

Warby Parker, an eyewear company known for its trendy eyeglass designs, will open its first freestanding retail store in Miami on Saturday.

The Warby Parker Annex at 215 NW 25th St. will occupy 1,600 square feet in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District.

The store’s exterior features a mural created by street artists DALeast and Cryptik during Art Basel 2014 as part of the Wynwood Walls-sponsored exhibition, The Art of Collaboration.

For every pair of glasses sold, the company also distributes a pair of glasses to someone in need."

"Warby Parker is Opening Its First Miami Store in Wynwood!

The opening of Warby Parker's first standalone store is in clear sight!

The eyewear brand, famous for its buy a pair and give a pair concept, is opening the Warby Parker Annex in Wynwood, right next to the Wynwood Walls, on March 28.

Though Warby Parker is new to the neighborhood, the brand isn't new to Miami. In 2012 the Warby Parker Readery opened at The Standard Spa, however it closed on March 11th. This is the second Warby Parker Annex; the first opened in 2012 in New York's Meatpacking District, before the space turned into a permanent Warby Parker shop.

Wheras the Readery at The Standard only sold sunnies and nonprescription eyewear, the new Warby Parker Annex will have triple the features, including the brand's full collection, same-day nonprescription purchases, optical measurements and progressive lenses. You'll also find other goods for sale, like books, floating key fobs, graphic swimming caps, and small, hand painted ceramic flower pots.

We're told the store will reflect Wynwood's industrial vibe with nod towards Miami's tropical affairs, like swimming pool-patterned floors and tropical plants. We're also told there will be an overhead photo booth to "recreate your classic lounging-by-the-water moment," so prepare for a selfie overload at this grand opening."
